Terms & Conditions
Who we are
She Goes Live is operated by MB Verslas.in, company code 303070537, M. Valančiaus g. 7-45, LT-03158 Vilnius, Lithuania. For website and service questions, contact info@shegoeslive.com.
These terms describe this website and our website completion and launch services. An accepted proposal and the other written documents for a project set the specific terms of that work.
Using this website and making an enquiry
Use this website lawfully and give accurate information. Don’t interfere with its operation or submit malicious material.
Booking a free call or sending an enquiry starts a conversation. It isn’t a contract, a payment or a booking of work. Fit, scope, price, timing and acceptance are agreed separately. A confirmation on screen means your message was received; it doesn’t guarantee that we can take on the work.
Our services
- Free consultation call. A free, short online conversation about your draft and the sensible next step.
- Finish & Launch. A one-time payment for a suitable small business website: a written review of your existing draft (what can stay, what needs attention and the best route to launch), the agreed corrections, practical checks, publishing and handover.
- Support after launch. Optional monthly help, with the tasks, contact arrangements and price agreed before you buy.
We put approved privacy and cookie information and agreed choices in place. We don’t give legal advice or draft legal documents, and we’ll tell you where specialist advice is needed.
Scope, prices and changes
Prices on this website indicate a proposed service. MB Verslas.in is not registered for VAT and does not add VAT to the displayed prices. The accepted proposal sets the final price, inclusions, exclusions, timing and payment terms. Work outside the agreed scope, or a website that needs a separate build rather than completion, may need a revised quote.
Third-party subscriptions, such as your domain, website builder or hosting plan and email, are billed by those providers and remain your responsibility. We may ask for more information, suggest another route or decline work where fit, access or safe delivery can’t be established.
Your accounts and responsibilities
- Confirm that you own, or are authorised to manage, the website, domain and accounts involved, and obtain any third-party permissions.
- Give access only in the way we agree, with the least access needed. Don’t send passwords or customer data through ordinary forms or email.
- Provide accurate content and approve what is published. You are responsible for your website’s content, including its privacy information.
- Keep the backups we agree on, and remove temporary access after handover unless we agree otherwise.
Ownership and handover
You keep the rights to your website, content, domain and accounts, and accounts are set up in your name wherever the provider allows. At handover we explain which accounts you own, what renews and how to make the routine changes we have agreed to show you. We keep the rights to our existing methods, templates and general know-how, subject to any written agreement.
Limits of the service
We work on the agreed scope and on your website and accounts as they are at that time. We can’t guarantee search rankings, numbers of enquiries or the availability of third-party services. Later changes by you, your website builder or other providers may need further work.
Legal advice, continuing support, larger new features and open-ended changes are excluded unless agreed separately. Responsibility for running the website after handover remains with you.
Payments, cancellation and refunds
Payment is arranged under the accepted proposal or invoice. For business clients, cancellation and refund terms are set out in the accepted proposal, and any amount kept for work already done follows those terms.
Mandatory consumer rights are not affected. For a qualifying distance service contract, a consumer generally has 14 days from conclusion to withdraw. Starting work early needs your express request, and a proportionate payment may apply for work done before withdrawal. Full performance ends the withdrawal right only where the required prior consent and acknowledgement have been given. Required consumer information and withdrawal arrangements are provided before a consumer contract is concluded.
Guide and website content
The free guide and the content of this website are general information, not legal or professional advice for your situation. Client names, logos and website examples remain the property of their owners.
Privacy and third-party websites
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. Links to third-party websites don’t make us responsible for their content or operation.
Complaints and applicable law
Please send questions or complaints to info@shegoeslive.com. Consumer complaints are considered free of charge, with a reasoned written reply within 14 days where the applicable Lithuanian rules require it. Unresolved consumer disputes may be referred to Lithuania’s State Consumer Rights Protection Authority through vvtat.lrv.lt or vtis.lt.
Lithuanian law applies, without removing mandatory consumer protections or the right to use a competent court. Business disputes should first be discussed in good faith and are otherwise decided by the competent Lithuanian courts, unless a written agreement or mandatory law provides otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the website, our services or our arrangements change. The date at the end of this page shows the current version. A project already agreed stays governed by its accepted documents and the applicable law.
